Prof. Dr. M. Fadlullah Cerrahoğlu is the Founder and the Managing Partner of the Firm.
Prof. Dr. Cerrahoğlu’s practice areas include corporate and commercial law, litigation and arbitration.
He is a listed arbitrator of ICSID and ICC.
He speaks Turkish and English. He has a law degree from Istanbul University. He has a PhD in commercial law from University of Marmara, İstanbul. He taught commercial law at University of Marmara and Bosphorus University between years 1966-2001.
